Adaptment Project Initiative in Labuan Bajo, NTT

Labuan Bajo has the potential for a variety of natural and cultural resources. It has experienced a lot of development after being designated as a Super Priority National Tourism Strategic Area (KSPN) by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.

Faculty of Art and Design (FSRD) ITB, School of Architecture, Planning and Policy Development (SAPPK) ITB , the School of Life Sciences and Technology (SITH) ITB, Ministry of Environment Japan, NOSIGNER , and the Labuan Bajo Flores Tourism Authority Agency (BPOLBF) have initiated Adaptment Project. Carrying out integrated planning and development for several villages in Labuan Bajo area with an interdisciplinary scientific approach. Together, they develop the areas based on the integration of local culture and environmental ecosystems.
