Eisuke Tachikawa is a design strategist whose profession goes beyond the cross-disciplines of product design, graphic design, and architecture who continuously strives to design alternative solutions for a better life in the future. He advocates for “Evolutionary Creativity” which tells the story of how the essence of creativity in design resembles the evolutionary process of living organisms.
Won more than 100 awards worldwide including the Good Design Gold Award (Japan) and DFA Design for Asia Grand Award (Hong Kong). He has also been a judge for the Good Design Award, DIA (Design Intelligence Award), DFAA (Design for Asia Award), and WAF (World Architecture Festival).
Eisuke Tachikawa is the CEO of NOSIGNER, a design firm that focuses on social change and future-oriented projects, and is the President of JIDA (Japan Industrial Design Association). He has also held crucial positions in the academic field, including as a visiting professor at the Kanazawa Art College, and a Board Member at the Kirirom Institute of Technology, Cambodia. Some of its key projects include OLIVE, Tokyo Bousai, PANDAID, YAMAMOTOYAMA, Yokohama DeNA BayStars, YOXO (Yokohama, Japan), and was the initiator of the basic concept for the Japan Pavilion at the Osaka Kansai Expo 2025.
